Module 1 is all about becoming an effective business owner so that you can create and drive the strategy of your business.
Module 2 is about utilizing systems, processes, tools and automations to make sure your business is running as effectively as possible.
Module 3 is where you learn how to hire support in your business so you can stop feeling like you have to work 24/7 and you can take a damn vacation.

How long does it take to go through this program?
This is a self-paced course designed for you to learn on a schedule that works for you. You can go through it in as fast as a weekend or take your time over the course of a few weeks (which is the suggested pace).
How is this different than other courses that will help me get to $5 & $10k months?
Every business is different and every business owner is different. Those courses that teach you the fool proof way to get to $10k months are asking you to use a copy & paste formula in your business, which CAN work but not always. This course is designed to teach you the skills and tools you need to be an effective business owner. So that you feel confident in making decisions to grow your business from not just where you're at right now but in the future.
Is there any support during this program?
This is NOT another course to buy and never complete. Or to go through but never apply to your business. I want you learning everything this course has to offer and then mindfully apply it to your business. In order to help with that, we have a private Facebook group where you can ask any questions as you work through the content. We also have a monthly call where you can get additional support in one of our hot seat spots and ask more in depth questions about your business. You will always have access to this support because I know that as your business grows you will have additional questions!
What if I don't want to grow a team?
I ran my business and grew it for over 5 years as a solopreneur. The tools and strategies in this course will serve you just as well if you don't want to grow a team. It also walks you through how to recognize when you might need a team so you can make adjustments accordingly if that's not what you want for your business.
Is this going to teach me how to make more money?
You know it. Part of building a business that makes you feel supported is making sure you are clear on exactly HOW your business makes money and where you get new clients from. This is a key factor in successfully growing your business.
Do you talk about specific strategies in this program?
Yes. This program walks you through specific strategies that I have used and that are successful for service-based businesses. It also shows you the thought process behind those strategies so that you can successfully adapt them to your specific business and situation.
I don't want to build a huge business
I don't either! It was never my dream to build a 7-figure giant business. I wanted a business that paid me enough so that I could afford to live the lifestyle I want while also allowing me to work very few hours each week so I can explore other interests and spend time with friends and family. The skills in this course arm you with the knowledge and confidence to build the business that YOU want.
Do you cover mindset in this program?
Yes. For a long time I didn't really pay attention to mindset. But it is a key element to being a confident entrepreneur and feeling empowered to make the decisions that you know are right for your business.
